We have worked closely alongside the HS2 client team and their strategic suppliers to pioneer the concept of real-time assurance, working collaboratively as part of the project team rather than auditing outputs at the end of the process. 

In this way we provide strategic advice to help define the brief, support suppliers in delivering the most robust acquisition cost estimates for the level of project maturity and put in place an additional line of defence to check that the brief has been adhered to and to test the logic of the cost estimates.
