aspireDM led a project team responsible for optimising an existing planning consent to produce a market facing development to current use demands.

Managed planning process and rights of light impact to meet development programme/financial expectations.

Existing design rationalised to maximise net lettable area and minimise build costs along with coordinating design with Bank Station extension below in terms of structure and services.

Full planning consent obtained for extra floor and roof terrace in July 2022. Works Agreements set for JV procurement.
