Dan Morgan joined aspireDM in October 2024 from The Arch Company, a private sector joint venture between Blackstone and TT Group.
Here he was responsible for managing development and investment in the portfolio throughout the UK, delivering projects across industrial & logistics, retail, F&B, office and residential sectors.

Prior to this Dan worked for Lambert Smith Hampton, undertaking acquisitions and disposals and providing agency and development advice within the retail and leisure sector.

Dan is an accomplished and dynamic development director with extensive experience in maximising asset returns through capital investment and strategic asset management.

He is passionate about developing urban assets into attractive, useable space to create thriving destinations.

Dan builds strong relationships and leads development project teams to successfully deliver value enhancing schemes across multiple sectors.
