A fantastic moment as we celebrated the Topping Out Ceremony for 82 Hurst Road, hosted by RED Construction Group. This milestone marks significant progress in delivering an inspiring and much-needed development for THE SHEPPARD TRUST.

It has been a privilege for aspireDM Development Management to work alongside such a dedicated and talented team to help realise the Trust’s vision: to provide high-quality, affordable homes for an increasing number of older women in need — offering dignity, independence, and a home for life, with support and care available.

We were also proud to accept a commemorative gift on behalf of aspireDM Development Management in our role as Client Representative, reflecting our long-standing commitment to helping bring this project to life.
