Ross Castle has joined aspireDM bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in mixed-use property development. He is a Chartered Surveyor covering the full lifecycle of real-estate development management, including initial feasibility and acquisition, planning and delivery, and operational handover or investment sale.

Ross has worked closely with some of the UK’s leading public and private sector organisations, including Landsec, Grosvenor, Sainsbury’s, Transport for London, and Network Rail, along with national housebuilders such as The Berkeley Group, Barratt London, and Bellway Homes.

Ross was part of the original development team at the internationally renowned Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth and he was instrumental in establishing Sainsbury’s mixed-use development pipeline, and managing joint-venture projects to deliver residential and mixed-use floor space within challenging retail operational environments. At Transport for London, he led on highly complex, over-station developments in London’s west end, and other key locations at Vauxhall/Nine-Elms and Victoria.

Latterly, Ross has been delivering extensive town centre regeneration through the Solum joint venture with Network Rail, which creates new homes and communities around rail stations. He has developed a specialism for leading large-scale, urban regeneration projects, with a proven ability to balance commercial returns with the delivery of complex infrastructure and enhanced operational assets.
