Planning Application is submitted for the redevelopment of Westway Shopping Centre in Botley (Oxford).

Following an eight month consultation period Mace Real Estate have submitted a proposed scheme which will comprise 54,000 sq ft of retail and leisure, 139 new homes, a 123 bed hotel and 262 student accommodation. Improved community space will include an integrated community centre and library.
