aspireDM celebrated the successful topping out of the concrete structure at Hollandgreen with client Chelsfield and Ilchester Estate this week.

Having been appointed as Development Manager we have lead this prestigious luxury residential development from the establishment of the Development Brief, through design development, planning and procurement and into the construction phase. Due for completion in Spring of 2016 the scheme comprises of 54 apartments, garage parking, spa, gym, swimming pool and cinema along with redevelopment of the Grade II* listed Commonwealth Institute into the new home of Terrance Conran’s Design Museum.

Sir Stuart Lipton spoke at the event which included architects OMA and A&M along with Main Contractor Mace.
