The detailed planning application for part of the Fenwick Estate in Clapham North was approved (unanimously) by Lambeth’s Planning committee on 9^th February. 

aspireDM was appointed by TfL in 2014 as Development Managers to take this Affordable Housing scheme from inception to planning.

The scheme design provides for 55 Affordable (Social Rented) homes across 3 buildings, with associated public realm and play space and involved close liaison with Lambeth’s Housing Team and the local community.

Delivery of this initial phase at Fenwick will be the catalyst for Lambeth’s wider regeneration of the Estate.
