Acting on behalf of the BlackRock UK Property Fund, aspireDM has exchanged an agreement for lease and lease with the John Lewis Partnership to provide a 150,000 sq ft small full line department store within the existing Beechwood Shopping Centre (Cheltenham).

This key event will allow the planning applications to be submitted to Cheltenham Borough Council, finalise vacant possession and contractor appointment, and enable mobilisation by May 2016. John Lewis is due to open in 2017.
