aspireDM has been appointed as the Development Manager for Hollandgreen, a low-rise luxury apartment building project located to the south of Holland Park in Kensington – W8, West London.

Designed by Rem Koolhaas’s OMA, the development faced significant challenges related to the Grade II listed Commonwealth Institute – soon to be the new home of the Design Museum.
