aspireDM helps TfL to secure green light at Nine Elms
Transport for London has secured a resolution to grant planning permission for their proposed over station development at Nine Elms in Lambeth.
aspireDM acted as Development Manager from inception through to acquisition of land interests, to scheme design and planning application. The scheme is a residential-led mixed-use scheme providing 332 residential units, 4811 sqm of office, 272 sqm of assembly and leisure space and 580 sqm of retail; a new public square amenity space, play space, new pedestrian and cycle connections, cycle parking and disabled car parking.
The scheme will form part of a comprehensive development of the area including the new London Underground Nine Elms Station. The station, currently under construction, forms part of the wider Northern Line Extension running from Kennington to Battersea and is due to open to the public in 2020.
aspireDM is delighted to have been involved in such an important scheme for TfL and the London Borough of Lambeth.
