aspireDM confirms that the luxury Hollandgreen apartment project in Kensington (West London), has reached practical completion this week.

The apartment block stands on the grounds of the former Commonwealth Institute Building. aspireDM has offered professional and strategic advice to the client and architects throughout the development process since 2013.

Designed by Rem Koolhaas’s OMA, the Hollandgreen development faced significant challenges related to the Grade II listed Commonwealth Institute – soon to be the new home of the Design Museum.
