Development ManagerJonathan has over 11 years' experience working across the property and construction industry, specialising in the development and delivery of large-scale mixed-use residential schemes on complex brownfield sites throughout London. His experience spans the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition and feasibility through planning, detailed design and construction delivery.
Jonathan joined aspireDM in 2026 from Berkeley Group, where he was responsible for the development and delivery of major residential-led regeneration projects as part of the St William joint venture between Berkeley and National Grid. During his time there, he led technical due diligence processes, contributed to land acquisition and development appraisals, and provided strategic input into planning submissions and project delivery on sites ranging from 2 to 23 acres. He also played a key role in development viability assessments, consultant management, stakeholder engagement and the delivery of multi-storey residential developments.
With a background in structural engineering, Jonathan is a Chartered Structural Engineer and began his career with Atkins and Waterman, working across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, education, infrastructure and transport-oriented developments. Whilst at Waterman, he played a key role in the redevelopment of Twickenham Station and the associated residential development above the railway, requiring complex construction methodologies and extensive stakeholder management with Network Rail.
Jonathan brings a commercially focused and strategic approach to development management, combining technical expertise with client-side experience to deliver high-quality, landscape-led developments that balance commercial objectives with long-term community benefits.
