Resolution to Grant Permission for new Data Centre

aspireDM are delighted to announce that Slough Borough Council have resolved to approve our outline application on the Langley Business Centre site.

We are acting as Development Manager on this innovative mixed-use project, on behalf of an institutional fund manager.

The scheme will enable the delivery of up to 93,000sqm of Data Centre space and up to 60 affordable residential units. Alongside elevating Slough’s profile as one of the primary locations for Data Centres within the UK and Europe, the proposals will revitalise the streetscape of Station Road, providing an enhanced public realm between the new Elizabeth Line station at Langley and the village centre.

The project team included Barton Willmore, PRC, Vectos, Gardiner and Theobald, Redwood, CMS, Ramboll and Knight Frank.
