We are delighted to announce the appointment of Jonathan Slater as Development Manager at aspireDM.

Jonathan joins aspireDM from Berkeley Group, where he spent six years delivering major mixed-use residential and regeneration projects across London. As part of the St William joint venture between Berkeley and National Grid, Jonathan played a key role in transforming complex brownfield sites into new homes and thriving communities, working across land acquisition, planning, design development and construction delivery.

With more than 11 years of industry experience, Jonathan brings a strong blend of technical expertise and client-side development experience. Throughout his career, he has worked on projects ranging from residential-led regeneration schemes to transport-oriented developments, helping to navigate the commercial, technical and stakeholder challenges that accompany complex urban projects.

A Chartered Structural Engineer, Jonathan began his career with Atkins and Waterman before moving into development management. His engineering background provides a valuable foundation for understanding risk, buildability and project delivery, enabling him to support clients through every stage of the development process.
