aspireDM has been appointed as Development Monitor to Tristan Capital Partners on their latest acquisition within Central Europe, the EC Powisle site in Warsaw, home to the Polish Capital’s previous largest electrical powerstation.

The development proposes a mixed-use redevelopment of the site combining office, retail and residential uses to provide over 31,000 sq m of new office space, 10,500 sq m of high quality retail space and over 5,000 sq m of residential floorspace. The site represents a unique opportunity within Warsaw and will see new development respecting the existing historical context through the retention of the power station buildings as an integral part of the redevelopment.
