aspireDM are providing Development Management and Project Management services to BlackRock and have been supporting them in the negotiations to obtain vacant possession.

The aspireDM team are currently negotiating a construction contract with the preferred contractor, Midas Retail. Work to transform the Beechwood Shopping Centre in Cheltenham into a new full line John Lewis Department Store is due to get underway this spring.

The scheme has been received very well in Cheltenham, in particular by the Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce
