Spirits are high as the team joins JLP to see demolition progress at the Beechwood Shopping Centre, the emerging new home of leading retailer John Lewis Partnership in Cheltenham.

The 1980s shopping centre will be reinvigorated to house a state of the art department store, complete with new atrium and statement Cheltenham detailing to the facade.

With our partners the BlackRock UK Property Fund, aspireDM exchanged an agreement for lease and lease with JLP in 2015, gained vacant possession and full planning consent to provide the 150,000 sq ft store within the existing demise of the shopping centre.

aspireDM is providing full scope of services for the development, including management of its delivery.
