Mark Collins-Mendoza joined aspireDM in November 2021 as a Development Project Manager. Mark joins to assist with the John Lewis Partnership account as they embark on their journey to build 10,000 Build to Rent homes.

Mark brings with him three years of experience in the BTR sector working previously as a Design Manager for Get Living. During this time Mark has worked across multiple developments within the company’s portfolio, including:

• Victory Plaza (Design Management and Mobilisation)– A flagship development, consisting of 482 apartments set above a podium of shops and restaurants.
• Leeds, Globe Road (Design Management) - A complex urban regeneration project, consisting of 780 apartments, restaurants and coworking space set across 8 residential buildings.
• Lewisham Gateway (Design Management) - A large regeneration scheme containing 649 homes, including its first co-living development.
• East Village Refresh Project (Design Management) – The UK’s first major BTR refurbishment project

Prior to Get Living Mark's experience was in Design Project Management with projects spanning commercial, residential, and retail sectors.

With a degree in Industrial Design and Technology, from Loughborough University Mark has a strong technical knowledge in design, manufacturing, material science, and design for sustainability.
